We offer an integrated Supply Chain Management service to complement our Single Source Procurement capability.

This allows us to manage the full supply chain from purchase order through to delivery to site, including order tracking, goods consolidation, packing and container stuffing, freight booking and management, documentation and delivery as required.

Managing the supply chain through to site allows us to guarantee delivery and optimise the supply chain for our clients to increase efficiency and save costs.

Our Supply Chain Management service includes:

Order Tracking – we track all purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, and can provide each client with a detailed status report on all outstanding purchase orders on a daily basis.

Goods Consolidation – we work to consolidate orders to minimise freight cost for our clients, assigning each order a priority rating from P-1 ‘immediate air freight’, P-2 ‘immediate sea freight (LCL)’, P-3 ‘consolidated sea freight (FCL)’ , and P-4 ‘hold for dispatch on client’s instructions’.

Packing & Container Stuffing – we pack all items according to their specific requirements (such as fragile, hazardous, top load, crated, boxed, etc) and their assigned priority, plus we manage stuffing of containers for regular consolidated shipments to minimise freight cost.

Freight Booking & Tracking – we work closely with a number of freight forwarders and customs agents to make sure we get the best rates and service for our clients across all modes of transport, including booking, pickups, dock clearance and full shipment tracking.

Documentation – we produce all the necessary documentation required by customs, including individual export packing lists and consolidated master packing lists where required for consolidated shipments.

Delivery – we ensure all goods are delivered to site on time, with all requirements for quick customs clearance provided by our extensive network of overseas customs agents.
